The Party Manager shows all player characters in your active campaign. Open it from the right-click context menu under Combat Tools > Party Manager.
Party Cards
Each character appears as a card. The fields shown on each card depend on the campaign’s custom field configuration. Player cards should be arranged to match the seating order at the table, starting with the player immediately to the GM’s left and continuing clockwise around the table.

Drag a character card by its handle to reorder the party list. The seat number of each player is dertermined by their position in the tracker.
Custom Fields
Custom fields are defined at the campaign level. To add or change fields for all party members:
- Click Settings > Edit Party Cards.
- Choose a field type, and provide a name, or icon.
- If the DM would like to track the information in this field, but have it hidden from the Party Card, click the hide button to hide it from view. This field will still be visable in the Party Manager, and also available to add to the Combat Tracker Cards.
Changes apply to all party members in the current campaign.
Party Manager Modal

Portraits
Each character can have a portrait image. Upload one from the character detail modal. CLick the portrait on the Paty Card to swap images. Portraits appear on the party card and in the Initiative Tracker when that character is added to combat.
